Frequently asked questions

Can the software manage the relief allowance under § 45b SGB XI?

Yes. The budget of €131 a month is managed per client, with usage and carry-over of unused amounts.

Is there a proof of service?

Yes, per client and period, with confirmations that the client signs on the phone. Submission via the telematics infrastructure (TI) is under development.

How do we find new support workers?

Through the Meeting Point: retirees and career changers who want to work as everyday companions – in a Minijob or with the Aktivrente.
