Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

When purchasing goods (sensor kit, fall sensor), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you take possession of the last item.

For the Care-Assistant app subscription – a digital service not supplied on a tangible medium – the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The three preceding paragraphs concern the return of goods; for the app subscription there is nothing to send back – it is a non‑physical service.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry for digital services

Your right of withdrawal under a contract for the supply of digital content expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation under § 312f BGB.

The ordering process on this website does not ask for such consent. Your right of withdrawal therefore remains in place for the full fourteen‑day period for the app subscription as well.
